Lumora

Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 30, 2026

Overview

Lumora is designed as a private relationship journal. The app lets you create relationship archives, save text records, photos, videos, voice notes, important dates, preferences, hard moments, and AI reflections. We only ask for data that is needed to provide these features.

Information We Collect

How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate your account, sync private records, show your feed and timeline, keep people archives separated, protect app access with optional Face ID lock, provide AI reflections, process subscriptions, restore purchases, and respond to support requests.

AI Features

AI features are designed to work from the records you select or the active relationship archive. AI output may be inaccurate, so you should treat it as a reflection aid, not professional counseling, legal, medical, or safety advice.

Media Permissions

Camera, microphone, and photo library permissions are requested only when you use features that need them. You can change permissions in iOS Settings.

Authentication And Cloud Services

Lumora uses Supabase for authentication and backend storage. Apple Sign in, Google Sign in, and email sign in may each provide account identifiers needed to create or restore your session.

Face ID

Face ID is handled by iOS. Lumora does not receive or store your biometric data.

Subscriptions

If paid features are enabled, purchase and entitlement status are handled through Apple and RevenueCat. Lumora uses this status to unlock Pro features and restore purchases.

Data Deletion

You can delete records in the app where supported. For account deletion or broader privacy requests, contact support.
