Lumora
Terms of Service
Effective date: June 30, 2026
Use Of The App
Lumora is provided for personal relationship journaling, private record keeping, and self-reflection. You are responsible for the records, media, and notes you create or upload.
Accounts
You may sign in with email, Apple, or Google. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for any activity under your account.
Private Records
You must only upload content you have the right to store and use. Do not use Lumora to store illegal content, harass others, or violate another person's rights.
AI Reflections
AI outputs are generated for reflection and drafting support. They are not professional counseling, legal, medical, financial, safety, or emergency advice. You should use your own judgment before acting on AI-generated text.
Subscriptions And Purchases
If Lumora offers paid features, purchases are processed by Apple. Subscription terms, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple App Store rules. The app may use RevenueCat to manage entitlement status and restore purchases.
Availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features as the app evolves. We aim to preserve private records, but you should keep your own backups of critical information.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Lumora is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.
