Account And Sign In
Lumora supports email sign in, password reset, Apple Sign in, and Google Sign in when the authentication providers are enabled in the backend. If a provider fails, confirm that your network is available and try again.
Privacy Lock
Optional Face ID lock is handled by iOS. If unlock fails, check Face ID permissions and device settings.
Media Permissions
If photo, camera, or microphone access is denied, open iOS Settings and grant Lumora the permission needed for the feature you are using.
Purchases And Restore
If Pro features are enabled, use Restore Purchases in the app. Apple manages payment, billing, cancellation, and refunds.
